Clio V6 Passion

I present. Deep Bronze or as you call Marron Callisto.

I apologise for not speaking French and few smilies ( they are not my passion ) . Some of you know me, I founded v6clio.net here in UK. I am part of our club team and help with forum administration.

I owned this Vee since 2004 and have made a few additions and subtractions.

A great idea to fit a larger plenum chamber, this worked very well and made the car much faster, but it was just too loud inside.

New taller engine covers were made and well insulated, but still much too loud. I have now changed back to standard plenum, original engine covers now in Alcantara.

Some magnesium wheels fitted, but I do not like them on this car. They have been removed also.

Recently I replaced standard seats for Recaro Sportline (electric adjustment). I like these very much. A Clio 197 steering wheel to replace a melting wheel. (common problem).

A club member made a couple of small splitters for the front bumper, this is a very neat and well made item, I am very pleased with.

I do not take pictures much so here are some which others have taken from time to time.

Pour les autres je traduirais quand j'aurais un peu plus de temps ( si quelqu'un d'autre a le temps de le faire, qu'il se fasse plaisir ) mais en gros les photos parlent d'elles mêmes Et c'est le "Funkyman" du V6clio.net

Thanks James for the pictures. Great car, too bad you had to remove the plenum or the wheels, these were great stuff, too bad they did not please you. Especially the wheels, which from the picture posted looked great on you car.

Recaros are great, if I had to only make one addition to my car that would be it for sure

Une super idée était de monter un collecteur d’admission plus large, ca marchait super bien et la voiture était plus rapide mais vraiment trop bruyant à l’intérieur .

De nouvelles protection moteur plus hautes ont été réalisées et bien insonnorisées mais c’était toujours trop bruyant. J’ai remonté mon collecteur d’origine et mes protections moteurs d'origine sont maintenant recouverte d’alcantara.

J’ai récemment remplacé les sieges d’origine par des Recaro sportline électriques. J’aime vraiment bcp ces sièges. Remplacement du volant d’origine par un de Clio 197 (TRS?)

Un member du club a fabriqué une levre inférieur, c’est tres sympa et vraiment bien fait, je suis content du résulat.
